A message to our customers about COVID-19

Dear customers, friends, and family,

First and foremost, thank you for your continued partnership with Innovative Gloves, we are honored to serve you.

As COVID-19 continues to have global impact, our Innovative Gloves family wants to assure all of you that we remain committed to taking the necessary steps to safeguard the health of everyone – our customers, colleagues and the communities we serve.

While Thailand has been largely successful in stemming the tide of infections, we are seeing unprecedented requests for emergency assistance from other major parts of the world. Unfortunately, in this race against COVID-19, we are also seeing an increase in fraudulent and criminal activity, having recently been informed that several of our own customers have received emails from agents purporting to sell some of our products.

In seeking to maintain the integrity of our gloves, we urge that all distributors remain vigilant and perform their due diligence when purchasing from any “agents” claiming to represent the Innovative Gloves brand. Please remain especially cautious of those promising short lead times and/or unusually low prices. If in doubt, please contact us at sales@innovativeglove.com.

Additionally, since our ability to ship out orders promptly is less certain than normal in view of supply-side disruption, we would advise customers to anticipate requirements as far in advance as possible to better facilitate on-time delivery. We recognize how important it is to have a dependable supplier even under normal circumstances and we take that responsibility to you very seriously. But add the challenges of raw material shortages, labor market issues, imbalances in container availability, and an altogether high degree of uncertainty around economic conditions, the need for closer, proactive cooperation has become critical for us to provide the fastest turnaround and delivery possible.

On a more personal note: to all the safety & healthcare heroes who have been working around the clock for the past several months, our gratitude for you is endless. On behalf of the entire Innovative Gloves family, thank you all over and over.
